SECURITY, CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRANSACTIONS AND PERSONAL DATA

The main concern and primary care of atsquare.gr is to ensure the necessary procedures that guarantee the security and protection of the sensitive personal data of members/users. Atsquare.gr guarantees that it takes all necessary measures by using the most appropriate technological methods so as to ensure the greatest possible security of transactions. Digital certification technology (SSL) 256 bit is used during the payment process via credit cards which is one of the most secure methods. Applicable Law

This Agreement, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual relationship between atsquare.gr and its members/users/customers, is governed by Greek law, and the competent courts for the adjudication of any dispute are exclusively the courts of the city of Volos.

According to Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece by Joint Ministerial Decree 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now provided for throughout the European Union. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting outside his professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Website, he may initiate the ADR procedure through the single pan-EU platform for electronic dispute resolution (ODR platform) available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage.
